Somatic Attachment EMDR
Somatic Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a body–mind approach to trauma healing that works directly with the nervous system and early attachment patterns. Trauma often lives beneath words, held in the body as sensations, emotions, and implicit memories. This approach allows healing to occur at these foundational levels.
In my clinical work with EMDR, I have witnessed profound shifts—where shame, terror, helplessness, hopelessness, powerlessness, and guilt soften and resolve, allowing relief, regulation, and inner stability to emerge. EMDR supports the integration of traumatic experiences so they no longer overwhelm the present, making space for greater choice, resilience, and peace.
This approach is especially effective for PTSD, developmental and relational trauma, and for those who feel stuck despite insight-oriented therapy.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a distinct yet complementary approach within my practice, offering a pathway back to your authentic Self—your inner healer and source of wisdom. Through imagery, symbol, and active imagination, Art Therapy allows expression and discovery beyond words alone.
Sometimes this work involves art-making, and sometimes it does not. Rooted in metaphor and myth, Art Therapy creates a bridge between your inner and outer worlds, allowing unconscious material to emerge safely and organically. This process supports insight, integration, and a deeper kind of healing that honours both psyche and spirit.
You do not need any art experience or creative ability to engage in Art Therapy. The focus is not on artistic skill, but on meaning, expression, and connection.
